Approximately 10 years of experience providing end-to-end support to inbound companies: accounting (accounting treatment under Japanese GAAP, and preparation and reporting of tax packages), HR and payroll (payroll calculation and social insurance filings for new hires and departures), on-site accounting and operational improvement support, and tax advisory (preparation and filing of tax returns).
Converted IFRS and US GAAP financial statements to Japanese GAAP and prepared the related tax filings.
Supported a six-month project to replace the budget management system of a major automotive manufacturer, including drafting operating manuals and planning and delivering user webinars.
Also engaged in individual income tax returns, financial and tax due diligence, and share valuation.
